SHIPPING

All orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  Transit time to United States addresses are 2-5 business days.  If there is a delay in shipping your order, you will be notified by email. 

 

Domestic Shipping Rates

‘Plan and Hardware’ sets ship by USPS first class to the continental United States for $7. All other packages ship by UPS or FedEx to the continental United States for $18.  There is a surcharge for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.  The shipping will be displayed during the checkout process.

 

 In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 1407 Lynn Avenue, Altoona, WI.  Be sure to include a note in the Message field of your order to let us know you would like in-store pickup.  We will remove the shipping charges for your order (and apply WI sales tax) and contact you about arranging a time for pickup.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International shipments are sent by USPS.  Shipping times can vary greatly depending on the destination. Once the package leaves the United States, the tracking information may not stay current.  If you have not received your order within 6 weeks of receiving the order confirmation email, please provide your local post office with the tracking number.  If they are unable to provide information about the location of your package, please contact us and we will issue an inquiry with USPS.

 Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Wooden-Gear-Clocks is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.  (Note: VAT tax is collected for shipments to the UK, but there might be additional duties due upon delivery.)

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email (6 weeks for international orders), please contact us  with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
